Vehicle listings and pricing

Vehicle details, specifications, availability and prices shown on this website are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Listings are indicative and do not constitute an offer. All vehicles are subject to prior sale and final inspection. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude government charges, registration, and on-road costs.

Imports

Our import service involves sourcing vehicles at auction in Japan on your behalf. Sign-up fees and deposits may be required to access the auction network and secure a vehicle, as described during your consultation. Auction outcomes, shipping timeframes, customs clearance and compliance approvals are subject to third parties and applicable laws, and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated. Services and vehicles must be paid for in accordance with the agreed terms before delivery or release.

Workshop services

Workshop and repair services are carried out with due care and skill. Any statutory warranties that apply under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded. Additional work identified during a service will be communicated and authorised before being undertaken where practicable.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or its reasonable cost.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Rayin Motors name, logo, text and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
